GIRLS ON TOUR 2006

IN SEARCH OF HAMMERHEADS......

Our mission was to seek out Hammerheads at Gordon Rocks.  None came out to play and I experienced my toughest diving conditions yet.  Cold, cold water coupled with currents so strong that we rock climbed our way around a volcano, clinging on desparately to avoid being swept up to the surface.  Our efforts were rewarded with an incredible scene where we came face to face with 10 white tipped reef sharks swaying in the currents.
