Go figure!

Promotion results are out, and I didn't make it this year again.  I was feeling okay with it earlier, then I found out that I scored 80% higher than the other people in my career field.  That means I didn't get promoted because too many people had more time in rank, time in service than me, but I know more than them.

All I can do right now is laugh, shake my head, and have a beer.  Next year maybe....
